We have been serving the Sauk County area since 1975 when Hill-Dale Veterinary Hospital had it's humble beginnings in a converted garage on Gall Road as "Schellenberger Veterinary Clinic." Dr. Schellenberger was the sole veterinarian and his wife, Grace, provided all the backup.  The practice was both large animal and small.  From the beginning, my practice has provided 24/7 emergency service.

We moved the business to 536 Berkley Blvd. in West Baraboo in 1980 and changed the name to Hill-Dale Veterinary Hospital in 1983.  In 1993 the practice became a companion animal practice and no longer provided large animal service.  After a couple remodels and an addition, the hospital continues to provide services and products for our patients and their owners.
