Karissa

Karissa joined our team in 2012 as a Client Care Specialist. She is a native of Baraboo, a mother of two wonderful sons, and a very proud grandmother. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading non-fiction books, and discovering new binge-worthy Netflix shows. She currently has four cats. Dirty Harry is an adult cat that she adopted from the shelter. Colonel Mustard and Tabbypants were both found in her backyard. She also has a cat named Ms. Purrington, who was found stuck in a tree years ago by her son, Nick. Nick brought her down, and Purrington has never forgotten this act of kindness, remaining fiercely loyal to him alone.

Karissa now fulfills multiple roles within our team as the Office Manager. Her favorite aspect of her career is engaging with our clients and getting to know them and their furry families. "We have the best clientele who value us just as much as we value them. I take pride in upholding our AAHA accreditation and providing high-quality medical care. Our committed team is what makes all of this possible.
